      Sec. 12-432a. Civil action related to mail-order sales from outside Connecticut not allowed by retailer failing to comply with this chapter re such sales. No retailer, as defined in subdivision (g) of subsection (12) of section 12-407, who fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall maintain any action in law or equity in this state on any sale or transaction included under said subdivision (g) of subsection (12).
