      Sec. 12-563. Printing of regulations. All regulations of the division shall be adopted in the manner provided in chapter 54. The executive director shall, at least annually, on or before December thirty-first of each year, publish in convenient pamphlet form all regulations then in force and shall furnish copies of such pamphlets to every establishment authorized to engage in the activities authorized under section 12-567 and to such other persons as desire such pamphlets.
