Sec. 13a-147. Detours to be restored.
Sec. 13a-147. Detours to be restored. Any highway or bridge which has been
injured by traffic detoured by the commissioner from a state highway or bridge, while
such state highway or bridge is being constructed, repaired or reconstructed, shall be
restored by the commissioner to a condition as good as before such traffic was detoured.
