Sec. 13b-31c. Designation of scenic roads. - Connecticut Statutes

      Sec. 13b-31c. Designation of scenic roads. The Commissioner of Transportation, in consultation with the Commissioners of Environmental Protection and Economic and Community Development, may designate state highways or portions thereof as scenic roads. Any alteration of a scenic road shall maintain the character of such road when so designated, if practical.
