      Sec. 13b-344a. Person not to cross tracks when warned by signal, gates, flagmen or law enforcement officer of approach of railroad locomotive. No person shall cross railroad tracks at a designated railroad grade crossing when warned by an automatic signal, crossing gates, flagman or law enforcement officer of the approach of a railroad locomotive, railroad car or train or when otherwise warned of the approach of such a locomotive, car or train. Violation of this section shall be an infraction.
