      Sec. 14-179a. Assignment and warranty of title. Buyer's name and address not required. When. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 14-179, an assignment and warranty of title may be sent to an insurance company without bearing the buyer's name and address if it is being sent to the insurance company pursuant to an insurance policy issued under the provisions of part II of chapter 700.
