      Sec. 14-194. Hearing. A person aggrieved by an act or omission to act of the commissioner under this chapter is entitled, upon request, to a hearing in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54.

      History: P.A. 02-70 provided that hearings be conducted in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 in lieu of "subsection (e) of section 14-111", effective July 1, 2002.
