      Sec. 15-140v. Reinstatement of safe boating certificate, right to operate vessel or certificate of personal watercraft operation. Regulations. The Commissioner of Environmental Protection shall adopt regulations, in accordance with chapter 54, concerning the reinstatement of a person's safe boating certificate, right to operate a vessel or certificate of personal watercraft operation.
