      Sec. 16-19nn. Encouragement of specific end uses of electricity and gas. The Department of Public Utility Control may permit electric and gas public service companies, as defined in section 16-1, to encourage specific end uses of electricity and gas to further the state's energy and other policy consistent with integrated resource planning principles and with the provisions of section 16-19d.
