      Sec. 16-19u. Monthly reports from nuclear power generating facility licensees re construction costs and progress. Any holder of a license issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for the construction of a nuclear power generating facility in the state shall submit to the Department of Public Utility Control and the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to public utilities monthly reports indicating the actual cost and construction progress of the facility.
