      Sec. 16-331ee. State-wide Community Antenna Television Advisory Council. Membership. There is established a State-wide Community Antenna Television Advisory Council to assist local community antenna television advisory councils in the performance of their functions and disseminate information to local advisory councils that is relevant to the interests of customers of community antenna television companies. The state-wide advisory council shall consist of the following members: (1) Three appointed by the Governor; (2) two appointed by the speaker of the House of Representatives; (3) two appointed by the president pro tempore of the Senate; (4) one appointed by the majority leader of the House of Representatives; (5) one appointed by the majority leader of the Senate; (6) two appointed by the minority leader of the House of Representatives; and (7) two appointed by the minority leader of the Senate. The term of each member of the state-wide advisory council shall be coterminous with the term of the appointing authority for said member. Not later than January 1, 2008, and annually thereafter, the members shall elect a chairperson of said council from among the members of the council.
