      Sec. 16a-22j. Changes in current business practices to be reported to the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management. Each person, firm or corporation, registered pursuant to section 16a-22d, shall notify the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management, in writing, within thirty days of the sale or acquisition of another person, firm or corporation registered, pursuant to said section, or of a change in the current business practices of such person, firm or corporation. As used in this section "current business practices" shall include the sale or acquisition of petroleum storage facilities, the withdrawal from or entry into a petroleum market or any activity which would alter the information provided in the registrants most recent registration.
