      Sec. 17a-18. (Formerly Sec. 17-422). Receipt of grants or gifts. The Commissioner of Children and Families may accept and receive on behalf of the department or any institution or facility thereof, or on behalf of the Children's Trust Fund or the Parent Trust Fund established pursuant to section 17a-50, subject to section 4b-22, any bequest, devise or grant made to the department or to any institution or facility thereof, or to the Children's Trust Fund or the Parent Trust Fund, and may hold and use such property for the purpose specified in such bequest, devise or gift.
