      Sec. 17a-27b. Connecticut Juvenile Training School project: Exemption from statutory provisions. Notwithstanding any provision of the general statutes or regulations adopted thereunder or any public or special act, the Connecticut Juvenile Training School project, as defined in subsection (k) of section 4b-55, shall be exempt from the provisions of subsections (b), (c) and (d) of section 4b-21, sections 4b-23, 4b-28, 14-311, 16a-31, 16a-38, 22-6, 22a-6, 22a-12, 22a-14 to 22a-20, inclusive, 22a-39, 25-32 and 29-406 and chapter 54.
