      Sec. 17a-27d. Connecticut Juvenile Training School project: Architectural services and design contract. The Commissioner of Public Works may negotiate a sole source contract for the architectural services and design for the Connecticut Juvenile Training School project, as defined in subsection (k) of section 4b-55.
