      Sec. 18-81x. Funds for inmate educational services and reentry program initiatives. For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2007, and each fiscal year thereafter, the sum of $350,000 from revenue derived by the Department of Information Technology from the contract for the provision of pay telephone service to inmates of correctional facilities shall be transferred to the Department of Correction, for Other Current Expenses, for expanding inmate educational services and reentry program initiatives.
