      Sec. 19a-111e. Federal funds for lead poisoning prevention programs. The Department of Public Health shall apply for, qualify for and accept any federal funds made 
available or allotted under any federal act for state lead poisoning prevention programs 
including lead abatement certification programs pursuant to the federal Residential 
Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992.
