      Sec. 19a-60a. Dental services for children of low-income families. The Commissioner of Public Health, the Commissioner of Social Services and the chief executive 
officer of The University of Connecticut Health Center, shall establish a pilot program 
for the delivery of dental services to children of low-income families in two regions of 
the state. Such program shall provide for the design and implementation of a model 
integrated system of children's dental care in such regions, including dental disease 
prevention and service intervention components, and shall provide for measurable outcomes.
