      Sec. 19a-440. (Formerly Sec. 19-554). Revocation of license for noncompliance. A license issued under the provisions of this chapter may be revoked by the governing body of the municipality at any time if any of the conditions necessary for the issuing of or contained in the license are not complied with, or if any condition previously met ceases to be complied with.
