      Sec. 19a-487a. Mobile field hospital: Certificate of need exemption for hospital beds and related equipment. Any additional mobile field hospital beds and related equipment obtained for the purpose of enhancing the state's bed surge capacity or providing isolation care under the state's public health preparedness planning and response activities shall be exempt from the provisions of subdivision (2) of subsection (a) of section 19a-638.
