Sec. 2-44. Withdrawal of nomination by Governor.
Sec. 2-44. Withdrawal of nomination by Governor. The Governor may withdraw any nomination made by him for appointment by the General Assembly to any
office at any time before a vote thereon has been taken in either house of the General
Assembly.
