      Sec. 2-56d. Codification of public act 80-484*. The Legislative Commissioners' Office in codifying the provisions of public act 80-484 may make such additions and deletions, or corrections in structure or form, as are necessary to carry out the purposes of public act 80-484 and which in no way alter the meaning or intent of public act 80-484.
