Sec. 20-242. Regulations.
Sec. 20-242. Regulations. The Commissioner of Public Health, with advice and
assistance from the board of examiners established under section 20-235a, may adopt
regulations in accordance with chapter 54 to carry out the provisions of this chapter
consistent with the preservation of the public health.
