      Sec. 20-322. Appeal. Any person aggrieved by any decision or order of the commission may appeal in accordance with the provisions of section 4-183.

      History: 1971 act required that appeals be taken between 12 and 30 days after service rather than to the next or "next but one" return day; P.A. 76-436 replaced court of common pleas with superior court and added reference to judicial districts, effective July 1, 1978; P.A. 77-603 replaced previous detailed appeal provisions with provision requiring appeals in accordance with Sec. 4-183; P.A. 77-614 deleted reference to appeals on grievances re regulations, effective January 1, 1979; P.A. 90-332 amended section to include a reference to the real estate appraisal commission; P.A. 93-354 deleted reference to real estate appraisal commission (see Sec. 20-520), effective in accordance with Sec. 20-528; P.A. 94-36 changed effective date of P.A. 93-354 but without affecting this section; P.A. 98-10 made a technical change.
