Sec. 20-341g. Licenses, fees, expiration date, renewal.

      Sec. 20-341g. Licenses, fees, expiration date, renewal. All licenses shall be renewed annually in accordance with the provisions of section 19a-88. The fee shall be twenty-five dollars for subsurface sewage disposal system installer license renewal and ten dollars for subsurface sewage disposal system cleaner license renewal.

      History: P.A. 81-473 amended section to provide for renewal of licenses in accordance with provisions of Sec. 19-45 on and after January 1, 1982, deleted exemption from license fee formerly granted to plumbers and reduced from one year to 90 days the period after expiration when compliance with Sec. 20-341d(a) is not necessary for reinstatement; P.A. 88-357 replaced references to licensing board with references to health services department; May Sp. Sess. P.A. 92-6 increased license and renewal fees for subsurface sewage disposal system installers from $12.50 to $25 and reduced fees for cleaners to $10 and deleted the exception from renewal for licensed plumbers; P.A. 93-381 replaced department of health services with department of public health and addiction services, effective July 1, 1993; P.A. 95-271 replaced the prior section on renewal with a requirement that renewal be in accordance with Sec. 19a-88.
