Sec. 21-7. Exhibits relating to venereal diseases.
Sec. 21-7. Exhibits relating to venereal diseases. No person shall exhibit, or advertise to be exhibited, in any theater, hall or other place of public amusement or entertainment, any projected still pictures or motion pictures in any way relating to the subject
of venereal disease without first securing a written permit from the Commissioner of
Public Health for each such exhibition; and no person shall permit the exhibition of any
such still pictures or motion pictures in any such building or place owned or controlled by
him until such written permit has been secured. Any person who violates any provision
of this section shall, for each offense, be fined not more than five hundred dollars or
imprisoned not more than six months or both.
