      Sec. 21a-68. (Formerly Sec. 19-209d). Packaging of veterinary drugs. Any substance containing aspirin, or a controlled substance as defined in section 21a-240, or a 
legend drug as defined in section 20-l84a, sold or offered for sale in this state and intended 
to be administered to companion animals in the home shall be packaged in accordance 
with the requirements established by regulation under the federal Poison Prevention 
Packaging Act of 1970, 84 Stat. 1670, 15 USC 1471, as amended.
