Sec. 21a-120. (Formerly Sec. 19-239). Interpretation.
Sec. 21a-120. (Formerly Sec. 19-239). Interpretation. This chapter and the regulations promulgated hereunder shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its
general purpose to enact state legislation uniform with the federal act.
