      Sec. 22a-133q. Environmental land use restrictions: Regulations. The commissioner shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, to carry out the purposes of sections 22a-133n to 22a-133r, inclusive. Such regulations may include, but not be limited to, provisions regarding the form, contents, filing procedure for, and release from, environmental use restrictions.
