      Sec. 22a-133s. Environmental land use restrictions: Other powers not affected. Nothing in sections 22a-133n to 22a-133r, inclusive, shall be construed to affect the commissioner's authority under any other provision of law to abate or prevent pollution or to enforce any statute, requirement, order or permit issued or administered by him.
