      Sec. 22a-192. Evaluation of health risks. The Commissioner of Public Health shall evaluate the health risks of dioxins and furans. The evaluation shall be considered by the Commissioner of Environmental Protection in adopting standards for dioxin and furan emissions from resources recovery facilities pursuant to section 22a-191.
