      Sec. 22a-201b. Public education program. The Commissioner of Environmental Protection, in consultation with the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, shall establish or contract for a public education program regarding the vehicle labeling program pursuant to section 22a-201a. This program shall also include the dissemination of information about the environmental impact of greenhouse gas emissions from motor vehicles and the impact of vehicle choice on vehicle greenhouse gas emissions.
