      Sec. 22a-482. Regulations. The Commissioner of Environmental Protection and the Commissioner of Public Health shall adopt regulations in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 to carry out the purposes of sections 22a-475 to 22a-483, inclusive. Pending the adoption of regulations concerning the drinking water accounts, as defined in subdivisions (7) and (8) of section 22a-475, the regulations in effect and applicable to the management and operation of the Clean Water Fund shall be utilized by the Commissioner of Public Health and the Commissioner of Environmental Protection in connection with the operation of the drinking water accounts, as defined in subdivisions (7) and (8) of said section 22a-475.
