Sec. 26-179. Taking smelt in Groton. No person shall take or assist in taking or
attempt to take any smelt from the waters of Palmer's Cove, Poquonock River or Baker's
Cove, or their tributaries, in the town of Groton, by means of a net, seine or trap.
