      Sec. 26-51. Permits for field dog trials. Fee. The commissioner may, upon application and payment of a fee of seven dollars, issue to any responsible person or organization a permit to hold a field dog trial subject to such regulations as he may prescribe. Any such permit may be revoked by the commissioner at any time.

      History: 1971 act replaced references to board of fisheries and game with references to environmental protection commissioner; Nov. Sp. Sess. P.A. 91-3 amended section to require a fee of $5 for a permit; May 9 Sp. Sess. P.A. 02-1 increased fee to $7, effective January 1, 2003.
