Sec. 26-81. Penalties.

      Sec. 26-81. Penalties. Any person who violates any provision of this part for which no other penalty is provided shall be fined not less than ten dollars or more than two hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than sixty days or be both fined and imprisoned.
