Sec. 27-67a. Disability incident to state service prior to June 6, 1977.

      Sec. 27-67a. Disability incident to state service prior to June 6, 1977. Any member of the armed forces of this state who has been temporarily or permanently disabled incident to state service prior to June 6, 1977, who has made application for disability compensation and has a claim pending before the Adjutant General, and who has not signed a written release of his claim for such disability, shall be eligible for disability compensation under the provisions of section 27-67.
