Sec. 29-156d. Private detective prohibited from using badge or shield. No private detective licensed under the provisions of sections 29-153 to 29-161, inclusive, or
officer, director, employee or private investigator of such licensee, or any other person
shall wear, carry, accept or show any badge or shield of any description, purporting to
indicate that such person is a private detective or connected with the private detective
business.

History: P.A. 04-192 eliminated references to investigator, substituted Secs. 29-153 to 29-161, inclusive, for "this
chapter" and made a technical change; P.A. 08-73 substituted "private investigator" for "operator or agent".
