Sec. 29-161aa. (Formerly Sec. 29-161c). Licensed security services to provide
written notice to law enforcement agencies of assignments of security officers carrying firearms. Any licensed security service or any firm or corporation employing
proprietary security personnel shall furnish the state police or the municipal police department with written notice of the assignments of any security officers or personnel
who carry firearms and are stationed within the jurisdiction of such law enforcement
agencies.
