      Sec. 29-269a. Report on proposed revisions to State Building Code re accessibility for disabled persons. The State Building Inspector shall submit a report to (1) the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to the Department of Public Safety, and (2) the director of the Office of Protection and Advocacy for Persons with Disabilities, not later than December 1, 1990, and thereafter within two months from the date of any public hearing upon proposed revisions to the State Building Code with respect to accessibility for persons with disabilities, which report shall include any proposed revisions to the State Building Code relating to accessibility, a summary of comments relating thereto and the decisions of the Codes and Standards Committee thereon.
