      Sec. 29-307. (Formerly Sec. 29-54a). Fire hazards in manufacturing establishments. When any local fire marshal ascertains that there exist, in any building, structure or premises used in the carrying on of manufacturing, including any building for which the Labor Commissioner has the power to enforce laws pertaining to the prevention of fires pursuant to section 29-390, dangerous accumulations of rubbish or flammable materials especially liable to fire which are so situated as to endanger life or property, or obstructions that interfere with the egress of the occupants in case of fire, or any condition in violation of the statutes relating to fire prevention or safety in manufacturing establishments, he shall order such materials to be removed or the conditions to be remedied by the owner or occupants of such building or premises and shall promptly notify and report in writing such matters to the Labor Commissioner on forms provided by said commissioner.
