      Sec. 3-10f. Lowering of flag for deceased service members. Whenever the Governor prescribes that the state flag be flown at half-staff for a period following the death in the line of duty of a member of the armed forces, the Governor shall also prescribe that the national flag be flown at half-staff for the same period.
