Sec. 3-24d. Sale of investments in Tax-Exempt Proceeds Fund to other state instrumentalities.

      Sec. 3-24d. Sale of investments in Tax-Exempt Proceeds Fund to other state instrumentalities. The Treasurer may also sell participation certificates or securities of the Tax-Exempt Proceeds Fund to the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority, the Connecticut Development Authority, the Connecticut Health and Educational Facilities Authority, the Connecticut Student Loan Foundation, any municipalities within the state and any other authorities, agencies, instrumentalities and political subdivisions of the state or of any municipality within the state. The participation certificates or securities shall bear and pay such interest and be issued subject to such terms and conditions as shall be determined and established by the Treasurer.
