      Sec. 3-99b. Forms of documents filed in Secretary's office. The Secretary of the State may (a) except when such forms are otherwise prescribed by the general statutes, prescribe and require the use of forms for any reports, documents, certificates, instruments or other papers required to be filed in his office, and (b) prescribe the size of all documents filed in his office and require all documents submitted for filing to be such prescribed size.
