Sec. 3-114h. Recording of income tax revenue received at end of fiscal year.
At the end of each fiscal year commencing with the fiscal year ending on June 30, 1992,
the Comptroller is authorized to record as revenue for such fiscal year the amount of
tax that is required to be paid to the Commissioner of Revenue Services under chapter
229 and that is received by the Commissioner of Revenue Services not later than five
business days after the last day of July immediately following the end of such fiscal year.

History: May Sp. Sess. P.A. 92-5 made a technical change; P.A. 96-221 authorized accrual of tax payments postmarked
by July thirty-first and made provision for accrual if July thirty-first is a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, effective June
4, 1996; P.A. 03-2 replaced "deducted and withheld from employee wages and to be paid over" with "paid" and provided
for accrual of all revenue received under chapter 229, effective February 28, 2003; P.A. 05-145 changed date of receipt
of payment to not later than five business days after the last day of July, effective June 24, 2005.
