      Sec. 32-22b. Loan guarantees for brownfield projects. The Connecticut Development Authority may establish a loan guarantee program to provide guarantees of not more than thirty per cent of the loan to lenders who provide financing to eligible developers or eligible property owners as defined in subsection (a) of section 32-9kk.
