      Sec. 32-23y. Pending applications for financial assistance under consolidated programs funded from Connecticut Growth Fund or Comprehensive Business Assistance Fund. All applications for loans, grants, guarantees or extension of lines of credit under section 8-168, subsection (d) of section 16a-43, sections 32-9aa, 32-9oo, 32-53, 32-73, 32-82, 32-130, 32-151, 32-156 and 32-162, revision of 1958, revised to 1987, and in effect on June 30, 1988, pending on that date and authorized on or after July 1, 1988, shall be funded from the Connecticut Growth Fund created under section 32-23v or the Comprehensive Business Assistance Fund created under section 32-23x, as determined by the authority in its discretion.
