Sec. 36b-11. (Formerly Sec. 36-479). Photograph to accompany each application for registration. Each application for registration under sections 36b-2 to 36b-33,
inclusive, shall be accompanied by a photograph as defined by the commissioner, unless
the commissioner waives the requirement of such photograph. If the applicant for registration as a broker-dealer or investment adviser is a sole proprietorship, the photograph
shall be of the sole proprietor; if the application is for a partnership, it shall be accompanied by a photograph of each general partner; if the application is for a corporation, it
shall be accompanied by a photograph of each principal officer or director as determined
by the commissioner.
