Sec. 43-3a. Method of sale of commodities.

      Sec. 43-3a. Method of sale of commodities. The Commissioner of Weights and Measures may issue as regulations those specifications, tolerances and regulations for the method of sale of commodities adopted by the National Conference on Weights and Measures set forth in the National Institute of Standards and Technology Handbook 130, as amended, of the United States Department of Commerce, and incorporate them by reference. Such rules, regulations, specifications and tolerances shall have the force and effect of law.
