      Sec. 43-3b. Method of packaging and labeling. The Commissioner of Weights and Measures shall adopt regulations in accordance with chapter 54 incorporating by reference the Uniform Packaging and Labeling Regulations, as adopted and as amended from time to time, by the National Conference on Weights and Measures and published in the National Institute of Standards and Technology Handbook 130, or subsequent corresponding handbook of the United States Department of Commerce.
